Terms of Use

The terms for the Partida Metras app for iPhone and iPad.

Effective 2026-10-19

Apple’s Standard EULA

The Partida Metras app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): read the Standard EULA. It applies to the app, together with the short terms below. If the two differ on a point, the Standard EULA applies to the app.

The licensor is Theodoros Tsavlidis, trading as Metras, Digeni 3, 56123 Thessaloniki, Greece. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app, as the Standard EULA explains.

Collections: one-time purchases

All eight games are free, each with one appearance. A collection unlocks the premium appearances of one game and changes only how it looks. Complete Collection 2026 unlocks the eight current collections; future games are not included, and its price is not reduced for collections you already own.

Each collection is bought once through the App Store. It is not a subscription, it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. Purchases are not shared through Family Sharing. You can restore a purchase you already made on any iPhone or iPad signed in to the same Apple Account, using Restore Purchases in the app.

Payment, refunds and billing are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves; you can ask Apple for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you live in the European Union, your statutory rights for digital purchases apply through Apple as the seller. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your games

Games are saved only on your device. Starting a new game replaces the saved one for that game, and deleting the app removes them. We cannot recover games that were stored only on your device.

Ownership

The design, artwork and software of the app belong to Theodoros Tsavlidis, trading as Metras or the licensors named in it, and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as the law allows.

No warranty beyond the law

The app is provided as it is. We try to make it work well, but we do not promise that it is error-free, always available or suitable for a particular purpose, except where the law requires it.

We are not liable for loss that the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right that you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
