Help with Partida Metras for iPhone and iPad.
What the app does
Partida Metras has eight games for two players on the same iPhone or iPad: chess, checkers, backgammon, Sea Battle, air hockey, foosball, Draw & guess and mini duels (tic-tac-toe, memory and reaction). Every game is free. Optional collections add premium appearances. Games are saved on your device and nothing is uploaded.

Write to partida@playmetras.com. Please include your device model, your iOS version, the game and a short description of what happened. You can also use Settings › Report a problem in the app: you see the report before you send it. Never send card details or your Apple Account password.
Frequently asked questions
Which games are free?
All eight, each with one appearance. Collections only change how a game looks; the rules and gameplay are the same for everyone.
Do both players need a device or an account?
No. Both players use the same iPhone or iPad. The app has no account and no sign-in.
What do collections unlock?
Each collection unlocks the premium appearances of one game. You can preview them before you buy. Complete Collection 2026 unlocks the eight current collections; future games are not included, and its price is not reduced for collections you already own.
Is there a subscription to cancel?
No. Every collection is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
How do I restore my collections?
Open the app on any iPhone or iPad signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases, in Settings › Your collections or in any collection screen. An internet connection is needed. If a collection stays locked, write to us with its name and the purchase date.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are sold by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple and decided under its terms: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account you used and choose the purchase. We cannot issue refunds or see your payment details. In the European Union, your statutory rights apply through Apple as the seller.
Does it work with Family Sharing?
No. Collection purchases are not shared through Family Sharing. If Ask to Buy is on, the family organiser approves the purchase on their device, and the collection unlocks once Apple confirms it.
Where are my games saved?
On your device. Reopening a game continues where you stopped. Hidden fleets and drawing words come back covered, and arcade games return paused. Starting a new game replaces the saved one; deleting the app removes them.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The app has no account and no tracking, and a problem report is sent only if you choose to send it. Read the Privacy Policy.
